1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) determines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website nur.org.kz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”).

1.2. The operator of personal data is the Non-Governmental Institution “Charitable Family Children’s Home ‘Nur’” (BIN 981240015961; address: 23 Altynsarin Street, Talgar, Almaty Region, Republic of Kazakhstan, 041600; e-mail: info@nur.org.kz).

1.3. By using the Website, including by making a voluntary donation, the user expresses full and unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy.

2. COMPOSITION OF PROCESSED DATA

2.1. Data provided voluntarily: full name; contact details (phone number, e-mail); donation amount and payment comment, if provided.

2.2. Technical data collected automatically: IP address; browser and device information; cookies; information about visited pages, date and time of the visit.

2.3. Payment data: payments are processed through the payment services of JSC “Kaspi Bank” (Kaspi Pay, QR-code payment, payment by link, bank transfer). The Operator does not receive or store full bank card details; such data is processed by the bank in accordance with its rules and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

  • receipt, recording, and confirmation of charitable donations;
  • compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including NGO reporting requirements;
  • informing donors about the activities of the “Nur” children’s home, where consent has been given;
  • analysis of Website traffic and improvement of the Website’s operation.

4.1. Processing is carried out lawfully and in good faith, for strictly defined purposes, and only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes.

4.2. The legal grounds for processing are: the consent of the personal data subject; the concluded Agreement on Voluntary Charitable Donation (Public Offer); and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

5.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except: to banks and payment organizations, to the extent necessary to process a payment; and to authorized government bodies, in the cases and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.2. The Operator does not disclose donors’ full names, contact details, or donation amounts, except in cases provided for by the Law and this Policy. In public reports published on the Website, data may be used only in an aggregated or anonymized form.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of its processing and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the retention periods for primary accounting documents. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, the data is destroyed or anonymized.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The user has the right to:

  • receive information about the personal data held by the Operator and about its processing;
  • request correction, blocking, or destruction of their data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the actions of the Operator to the authorized body for personal data protection.

Requests shall be sent to e-mail: info@nur.org.kz and shall be considered by the Operator within the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. PROTECTION MEASURES

The Operator applies the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including access restrictions and protection of communication channels.

9. COOKIES

9.1. The Website may use cookies to ensure proper operation and analyze traffic.

10. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
