Our graduate, Ulan Kaldybayev, has been awarded the rank of Lieutenant in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
This year, Ulan Kaldybayev graduated from the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications in Almaty, from the Faculty of Radio-Technical Troops and Radio-Technical Support, Department of Anti-Aircraft Missile Troops. He was awarded the rank of Lieutenant in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Ulan began his military career after completing the 5th grade, when he enrolled in the Zhas Ulan Cadet Corps in Astana.
After successfully graduating from the Cadet Corps, he entered the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications in Almaty.
Ulan Kaldybayev is a professional serviceman and has truly earned his officer’s rank!
